We use client's details to establish SEM accounts with SEM providers including Google AdWords and Yahoo Search Marketing. All click charges and associated costs accrued by the use of such accounts are to be settled directly between the client and the SEM provider, independently of Rovivor Enterprises and it's associates.

| Payment Terms |
Full payment for goods or services provided either directly or indirectly by Rovivor Enterprises is due and payable within 7 days of the Invoice Date, unless prior alternative arrangements have been made and confirmed in writing by Rovivor Enterprises.

The unauthorised use of a credit card; use of an invalid card; presentaion of a cheque under false pretences; provision of a false name and personal details; or any similar matter will be considered fraudulent and will be reported to the appropriate authorities and subject to prosecution.
